Villa Al-Mar is available for long lets for
which a telephone
with broadband connection is available, price
on application.
Under Occupancy Discounts
provide affordable holidays for smaller groups. Unoccupied bedrooms will
not be made and and may be locked off.
Normal Changeover Days are
Saturday, Tuesday and Thursdays. These can be "mixed and matched" to
provide a variety of holiday durations and it should be noted that
midweek flights are generally cheaper. Other changeover days may be
considered except during High season.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL (full) capacity or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
Cots and highchairs are provided free for infants who are not extra
persons.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
Assistance and support during
your holiday. We provide telephone and mobile numbers.
A "Welcome" provision pack with
tea, coffee, sugar, milk, mineral water etc.
Extra Charges -
There are extra
charges for gas central heating and/or pool heating (if
required). The utilities are metered and you pay only for
consumption. If pool heating is required we need to know at
least one week in advance.
Payment Arrangements are 20%
on booking with the balance (plus the £150 Inventory Deposit) paid
8 weeks before the holiday start date.
Booking Hints and Tips: It
is obviously extremely important that you resolve your travel
arrangements (flights, hire-car etc.) before you make a
definite villa booking. This is not complicated if you consider
the following procedure -
1. Decide on your holiday
dates and complete the enquiry form. We will respond,
confirming availability and the price. If the villa is not
available for your dates we will suggest alternatives.
2. If you wish to proceed you
must let us know. We will place a provisional booking (valid
for 48 hours) whilst you arrange your flights and hire-car.
3. Research and book your
flights. We have provided a link to a
Cheap Flight Finder
with all know low-fare airlines from all UK airports to the
Costa Blanca. Please note that mid-week flights re usually much
cheaper - this is why we have flexi-changeover days!
4. Research and book your
hire-car. We have also provided a link for
Cheap Car Hire.
5. Get back to us quickly.
Firm up the villa booking and pay the 20% deposit.
