Moraira-Info Miniwebs are the ideal solution for owners who book directly. Professional design and setup and hosted at Moraira-Info.com or your own registered domain.

The Miniweb comprises 5 pages and a photo-gallery, is expertly designed to provide everything that you need to market your property and is fully configurable -

The Introduction Page - This is the first page to show when the miniweb is loaded into the browser and comprises a friendly, personal message from the owners. Included are 2/3 photos.

The Property Description is a complete and accurate description with the main photo.

Prices and Booking Conditions comprises the rental tariff for up to 4 different yearly seasons plus booking & payment conditions, included & optional services etc.

The Directions Page provides precise instruction regarding travelling to the resort, collecting the keys and finding the property. We suggest you also include a map.

The Enquiry Form provides everything for the potential client to make an enquiry and is an online responder which sends the enquiry to an email address.

The Photo-Gallery contains 10 - 15 pictures.

3 External Links (for cheap flights, hire-cars, airport transfers and resort info) are also provided and the whole miniweb is linked with a Navigation Bar at the top and bottom of each page.

The FREE Package:

Setup + 2 years hosting + 2 years online availability + promotional package. 15% on bookings

We will set up and host your miniweb, absolutely free of charge, and promote it (see "Promotional Package" below), for a minimum of 2 years. You just pay us a commission of 15% (which includes credit card charges) of all bookings made directly from the miniweb.

You have access to the Availability and Booking Area where you can make your own bookings and see those that we have made.

If you make a booking yourself there is absolutely no charge whatsoever.

If we make a booking we charge the deposit by credit card, deduct our commission (which includes the credit card fee) and remit the balance to you within 7 working days.

The balance payment may be paid directly to you by the client or we will collect and remit. There are no deductions from the balance payment.

In either case payments payments can only be made -

Cash, collected personally from our office in Moraira.

Electronic transfer to a bank account, located in EU in Euros or £sterling

The SUBSCRIPTION Package:

Comprises setup and annual hosting fee - that is all you pay for and there is no commission.

Once-only Setup Fee, including 1 proof + revisions - 150.00 Euros.

You have to e-mail us the text for the different pages and provide the photos. We can arrange for a photographer but there would be an extra charge.

Annual Fee on Server (Including 1 revision session with proof) 120.00 Euros.

Owners Own Domain Hosting:

As an optional extra to the Free or Paid Package you can have your own domain e.g. myvilla.com or myvilla.co.up plus 1 e-mail alias e.g. owner@myvilla.com plus e-mail access software

.co.uk Registration, setup and two years domain registry fee 50.00 Euros
after this you pay the registry directly. Current cost is £5.90 per 2 years

com Registration, setup and two years domain registry fee 60.00 Euros
after this you pay the registry directly. Current cost is £7.95 per 2 years

What's the Difference? The Subscription and Free packages are hosted within the domain www.moraira-info.com and the actual URL would be www.moraira-info.com/myvilla With your own domain the URL (address to type) would be www.myvilla.co.uk or www.myvilla.co.uk.
This would be an advantage (look better) if you promoted the site outside of moraira-info or on your letter heading or business card.
Apart from this the quality and service are exactly the same.
Your mini-web would be hosted on a state-of-the-art web server located in Atlanta, USA and monitored 24/7/365. Currently the Spanish network is considered the worst in Europe and even the UK can suffer download delays at peak times. Atlanta is 7 - 9 hours behind Europe. Consequently, at peak periods over here they are just starting the day, virtually guaranteeing download speed.
